This kit includes:

2 Flame tread tires (approx 1" wide and 1/2" sidewall height)  1:1 scale = (8" wide by 4" sidewall)
2 complete rim cylinders to fit this tire
2 complete Halibrand Cobra adjustable rim centers

These rim centers are designed to slide inside the rim cylinders to allow the modeler to customize the rim backspacing to accomidate their particular modeling requirements.
